Being a parent for the first time can be a rewarding and challenging experience for both the mother and father. The arrival of a baby changes the life and routine for both forever. There are huge changes and responsibilities that are involved welcoming your new baby into the world and many preparations that need to be made.Talking with other moms and parents can help. At Mango Bay Retreat we have a team of medical professionals here to support and teach you on: Infant Care, Child Care, Medical Care, Products to Use and Proven Parenting Strategies.

Being a parent is not just about feeding, clothing and diapering the baby; it’s taking care of their physical and mental aspects as well. Paying attention to the psychological and developmental aspects will help your baby grow into a healthy child with good self-esteem.

There are a list of essential items you will need to be a parent:

At Mango Bay Retreat we offer a comprehensive program that addresses nutrition, hygiene and fitness. Our clients may be required to clean their rooms and do other chores in facility. We re-establish normal routines of sleeping, waking and meal planning by providing a structured program.
